Complete Medical Form

You'll be asked to complete a confidental questionnaire about your medical history so we can offer the safest & most suitable treatment for you.

General Dental Check Up

You'll undergo a thorough examination, on occassion using X-Rays, photographs & models. We'll assess your oral health & identify any problem areas.

Comprehensive Treatment Plan

Once we have all the relevant information, we'll produce a comprehensive treatment plan for you. We offer affordable finance options, which we can talk through.
